A series of activities, such as safety supervision and inspection, further enhanced the quality and safety awareness of all staff, guided all staff to jointly govern quality and safety, improved quality and safety benefits, and promoted high-quality development.

The main activities of the organization are as follows:

1、 Carry out quality and safety publicity.

It is stipulated that each base shall have at least four slogans, two for quality and two for safety; Quality and safety reports shall be carried out at least twice a month for each base. Publicity materials are promoted in the form of public accounts, official website dynamic updates, short videos, etc.

2、 Soliciting reasonable suggestions on quality and safety.

The rationalization proposal solicitation form was issued, and the base completed the selection. The Human Resources Department took back the top three selected bases and organized the joint evaluation of the company. The Human Resources Department came up with the joint evaluation scheme and reward method and commended them at the company's year-end summary meeting.

3、 Conduct quality and safety knowledge competition

Each Al Qaida organization participated in a four member team. On or about December 15, they chose an opportunity to conduct a knowledge contest and commended the company at the year-end summary meeting.

4、 Quality Inspection Skills Competition

Each base platoon shall send inspection staff representatives to conduct skill competitions on site and commend them at the company's year-end summary meeting.

5、 Comprehensively carry out quality risk troubleshooting, safety hazard troubleshooting, environmental protection inspection and safety plan drilling.

The base will be used as the unit for evaluation and scoring, and the winners will be commended at the company's 2022 year-end summary meeting.
